Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires 2 x 16mm spanners/sockets and a 5mm allen key
- The allen key and a basic univeral wrench are included but we do not recommend using the wrench as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets
- To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

Great bit of kitPurchased for my garage as trying to get on a spare back/cable machines at gym so difficult now. Can get a varied back workout in with different attachments (lat pull down with different grips, seated row, rope pull downs, single arm pull downs). Use the lower cable for variation of land mine rows, bicep curls, Also, can use single handle (purchased separately) for log chop twists (high and low cable). Tricep extension possible and lateral/front raises. It can deal with a good weight (I lat pull down 130kg currently). Put up on my own with instructions given. I'd highly recommend getting a 16mm socket with wrench with an adjustable spanner. With these took a few hrs at most, maybe 2.

Awesome bit kitReally well made, very good quality. Only thing I'd say is tall people will not get a full stretch. I'm 5'8 and took the small chains off the cable ends so weights didn't bottom out. You can't lower seat.

Good machineReally happy with this went together no problem on my own does a good amount of exercises the handles change over so you can use the smaller on on top pull added a rope pull to it also will get plenty use out this thanks

Great customer service and great bit of kitHad a bit of an issue to begin with with delivery but spoke to customer services and they were spot on and got it sorted. The lat pull down machine is well made, straightforward to put together and a really decent bit of kit. No issues with the machine or the brand. I will be looking to buy future pieces of machinery / weights from Mirafit.
