Perfectm3-7ft-olympic-barbell-silver. Fast delivery, no damage to packaging. Perfect barbell, no different to what I use in the gym. Would recommend.

Unbeatable for the costGreat whip and needle bearings make this the most cost effective bar for anyone doing oylmpic weightlifting or crossfit style training. No other company offers similar features at this price . This bar is of comparable quality to the eleiko bars I've used Be aware that the whip of the bar and the rotation of the sleeves may not make this ideal for slow lifts like squats or bench press, however once you are used to it it will be fine

Solid Barbell for the MoneyDidn't expect to find bearings on a bar of this price range. Contrary to the its description, the finish of the bar is more of a brushed steel than a hard, smooth chrome, affording it a bit of grip in the middle and on the sleeves. Despite lacking a centre knurl, the bar rests firmly on the shoulders for back squat, and the bearings seamlessly counteract any rotational movement, making cross-grip front squat feel much more solid and stable. As someone who's used to Olympic bars with bronze bushings, I really didn't know what I was missing. Having a little bit of grip on the sleeves allow you to drop set barbell row, shrugs, etc. without worrying about collars, as plates won't slide off as easily as they would on a hard chrome barbell. The knurl isn't quite as coarse as I'd prefer, but I seem to manage with chalk. If you're not keen on the 'wristbrands' on the base of the sleeves, you can just turn them inside-out.
