- The design of the plates ensures they are strong enough to withstand repeated drops from overhead whilst weightlifting
- Note: plates must only only dropped onto a suitable weightlifting platform or rubber gym flooring of minimum 30mm thickness. Dropping plates onto unsuitable surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, horse stall mats or flooring not designed for weightlifting will void the warranty.

I don’t know why, but I can bench an extra 10kg with these slim competition plates than my normal ones.
Maybe it’s because the weights aren’t as wide?
