Perfect For My RequirementsAt 68 years of age and having been into weight training all my life I have found that the MIRAFIT OLYMPIC BLACK TRAP BAR WITH STAND is absolutely perfect for me to continue being able to deadlift. Using my usual Olympic bar was becoming untenable as it was starting to put too much strain on my groin and hips but with the use of this bar I'm back to using my usual number of plates more comfortably and safely. Recommend to anyone. Very easy to assemble and as far as I'm concerned good value for money.

Great Trap BarAwesome piece of hit to help my clients with form in deadlifts and squats. Well worth the money. I'd advise to get grip gloves as straps aren't great with the soft surface and if you struggle with grip strength you may need this. The bar weighs 14kg when assembled for anyone needing this info
