GreatA fantastic way to isolate the traps, with the ability to get into a decent position for deadlift and squat if injured like me. Be prepared for a bit of construction but a seriously heavy unit and bigger than expected.

IdealAbsolutely love the fact it has the built-in stand allowing you to add and remove plates easily. I use this bar as much as I can, it's great.
