- Suitable for a variety of strength training including carry exercises and platform lifts
- Built in filler bag - simply poor sand directly into bag, seal the fastenings and begin exercising
- Heavy duty 1000D nylon for increased durability
- Reinforced triple stitched seams with extra strong zipper
- Double fastening for a more secure seal

- 75kg sandbag: 37cm x 42cm
- 100kg sandbag: 48cm x 42cm

- Note: these bags can be dropped but are not designed to be slammed or dragged
- Weight of bag will vary according to exact sand used. We recommend coarse rather than fine sand. This can be purchased from any good builders' merchant or diy store

100kg bagGood strong well made bag. I like the way it has a combo of velcro and a tough zip to seal it. Feels alot heavier than 100kg on a bar as your lifting from the ground so bear that in mind. Also I found dried paving sand to be a good option to fill it as building sand can be fairly damp and need drying.

Amazing productOriginally used the heavy sack style bag and had a lot of difficulties with leaking and filler bags bursting very quickly. This sandbag has no such problems with a great built-in filler and overall finish that will stand the test of time - love this.

Great value and qualityVery well built sandbag. Great value for money. I recommend using builders sand from B&Q or Wickes. Two bags will fill a 50kg sandbag. But then you will still have space for 3/4 more kg.
