Strongman LogI was unsure of whether to get this or not. I was not sure of how much a log could really help my overhead press and I don't compete in strongman, so I wondered if it would benefit me or not. But in the third week of training with it I put 5kg on my overhead press! I could not recommend the log enough, if you want a big overhead press then get this. Also, from my research this was the best price I could find for one that of good quality. I should add that it came in great condition, like it shows in the picture. If you are into overhead press then I would definitely suggest you getting this, it has helped me a lot and left a great impression from being unsure.

Lovely piece of equipment!Brought it for my home gym. Always wanted one ever since I started to follow strongman. Found regular military press to be boring but with a log I find it weirdly fun! Only issue was that it doesn’t fit in the rack, it rest on the sleeves so I have to put the plates further up. Be nice if it was designed a bit like the Swiss bar. My fault for buying the smaller one, could of got the 10ft one. Great equipment thou

Strongman logSuperb piece of kit. Bought it as part of my home gym and I am not disappointed. The materials are quality, the handles are comfortable and give plenty of grip. Delivery was super quick and incredibly well packaged in it's own box in a box. I can't recommend highly enough. Having had a lot of shoulder issues from training, I don't feel any discomfort when pressing the log. BUY IT.

Brilliant!As a competitive strongman this bit of kit was must. It came inside its own wooden box and was delivered in pristine condition. It's really well made. Strong and sturdy with good welding. Knurling on the handles is good for grip but not rough to the point of ripping your hands. I just wish the 10" version had been in stock at the time. The 8.7" is a little skinny for me personally but that doesn't detract from the quality of the item. Price-wise, most other companies are charging well over £200 for a standard, unpainted/raw log so value for money is also great!

Amazing!For anyone sitting on the fence wondering whether to purchase this - two words - DO IT I’ve had the log for a couple of weeks now and I’m absolutely thrilled with and addicted to it. It’s my new favourite bit of kit which I’ve integrated into my training. Log clean and press gives you a feeling like no other exercise and it feels damn good to hoick it up over your head. In addition to can use it for strict presses, deadlift (for variation), bicep curls etc.. The log itself - not much to say other than it is really well made, built to last and looks cool af.
