- The bar is stiffer than regular Olympic bars with less whip, making it ideal for movements such as squats and bench press
- Deeper knurling feels noticeably different in the hand, allowing improved grip during heavy lifts
- The bar features self-lubricating, graphite-infused bronze bushings for lower maintenance and consistently smooth rotation
- Reduced spin compared to bearing bars, offers greater control during heavy lifts
- The ideal barbell for a mix of deadlifts, bench press and squats
- Barbell shaft is available in hard chrome or Cerekote finish
- Barbell sleeves are available in hard chrome or matte black
- Stainless steel outer sleeve bushings for optimal durability

- Please note this bar is designed for training. It is not competition certified
- Weight accuracy is +/- 1% on both the bar and plates
- The plates have a durable zinc coat finish with laser engraved logos and weight markings
- Please note the plates may arrive with minor variations in finish, which is common for this type of plate
- Quick release barbell collars also included
- Choice of Barbell Finish:
- Hard chrome shaft with hard chrome sleeves
- Black Cerekote shaft with hard chrome sleeves
- Black Cerekote shaft with matte black sleeves
- Orange Cerekote shaft with matte black sleeves
- The matte black sleeves on these bars go through a multi-stage process that actually transforms the surface of the steel (rather than simply adding a coating that could chip off)
- They have a matte finish rather than a shiny black finish and will still show marks but the surface will not chip or scrape off like a traditional coating
- If you require a sleeve that shows less marks then we recommend the hard chrome sleeves instead

7ft power bar with steel platesBought this 7' x 2" Olympic bar with 150kg of plates in the sale. Very impressed with the quality: the steel plates are slim, precision built made and look incredible. The bar is quite stiff, not a dedicated deadlift bar (not a problem) collars spin smoothly but not too overly free so the weights don't start spinning on curls etc. which is good! Just deadlifts, overhead press and front squats for me until I finish the home gym and buy power rack and bench. So impressed with Mirafit so far I'll most likely purchase most of my gym kit from them. Reliable delivery too, kept updated and you can change the delivery date AFTER your order is confirmed.

Good overall, some nigglesI bought the 300kg+bar Pros: plates look great, they are heavy and feel similar to calibrated plates I've used before. Delivery was by pallet to Northern Ireland and it arrived pretty quickly (~week) and the shipping is great value. I did need to help the guy get the pallet off the lorry though. Bar is good, medium knurling, decent grip, nowhere near as sharp as a Texas deadlift bar for example (which is good for me) Cons: plates are sharp, they will take paint, power coat and anything else off a bar or plate storage pins (this is mentioned in the description but worth mentioning here). Also the plates are not as tight a fit on the bar as calibrated plates which means they move about on deadlifts unless you have a bumper on the inside and clips. That said, they don't claim to be tight tolerance calibrated plates.
