AdequateMuch more useful for my set up compared to my old 5ft spin lock lifting bar. Just not sure on the exact weight of the bar

Good barGood bar holds the weights well, however a bit too big for my needs (my fault) so will order the 5' bar from Miraft.

6ft 1" barbellSame grip space as the one 7ft olympic bar, but 6ft long. This means you sacrifice room to put on weights at the end. Bare this in mind when buying. Works well for my set up, as not much room for home set up.

1 year onHad the barbell about a year now and used 4/5 times a week. Still holding up well though the chrome is wearing in places. Big downside is I continually get small metal splinters from it. The knurling could be better. But all in all very good value.
