Good for the price.Decent bench for training at home. However the rack could do with being set wider as how it is currently set affects form on the exercise. Not the easiest equipment to assemble otherwise ok. Delivered fast.

decent quality, a pain to set upwhilst the bench is of a decent quality, some of the bolts were very difficult to fit in and it took far longer than expected. There was also this black grainy stuff in the packages. Please note that the bench is quite narrow too.

AverageIt’s a very basic bench. The bench itself is fixed flat, you can’t alter the decline or incline to do incline flies for example. When folded away, you get a metal pin which slides through the frame to prevent it from falling into a horizontal position, the holes on my bench don’t align so you can’t fix it. It’s not a great bench and I should have spent more money getting a quality product.

Need short barThis bench only works with short bars. I have a full sized bar because I use it for other exercises but because the bar holders are so close together it just falls over as soon as you load one side. I don’t want to buy a whole different bar just for this.

Poor Design - Cannot Peform Flat Bench PressThis bench is poorly designed so you can either do a close grip bench press, or a really really wide grip, as the bench holds the weight in the exact position you want to hold it in order to perform a bench. Would not recommend this bench, needs to be widened.
