The M160 adjustable bench is sturdy and well-built. It was easy to assemble and to adjust when using it. I'm 5ft1in so it's quite a large bench for me and takes up a fair chunk of floor space but I wanted something that feels stable and robust and the M160 certainly meets that criteria.

This is a good bench on the whole. Love that it can be used flat, incline and decline. It’s quite uncomfortable when doing incline crunches as the edge of the bench and pads don’t sit well on legs/ankles.

Am writing this review sat on my bench, mid workout. This is a really solid product. Nice and comfortable and wide. It feels high end, and on par or better than what I get in a commercial gym. A great investment.

I was blown away by the quality of this bench... for the money I was expecting so much less. I literally assembled it in a near-dark room while the other half was watching TV, but it went together fine. All the components are thick steel, nothing felt flimsy. I actually am really curious now to know what more you get for buying a £,300 to £500bench from Mira as I don't see how this one could have been made better!? Really outstanding. very impressed.
Oh yeah - and the packaging was really careful too! well designed box with plywood reinforcement. Just top notch all round.

Great bench. There are cheaper options out there for sure but mirafit quality speaks for itself. Sturdy quality bench. Won't need another for a very very long time, if ever.

Mirafit quality clear to see - sturdy - well constructed and clean looking design (would of liked a bit of the Mirafit orange) Delivery and info updates usual good service.
Be aware if youve got a tight space its a heavy old thing to move about and its footprint is wide so takes up a bit of space but if thats okay then its a great bench and is a welcome addition in my slowly transformed Mirafit full garage gym.
