This bench is such good quality, it’s got so many uses and is really easy to use. Lots of different adjustable positions so it can perform so many exercises. Great level of padding and the finish on the metal is really nice. Easy to move around with the wheels as I need to store mine upright. Really great bench.

Now been using my new bench for a few weeks. Very, very pleased with it. It was very easy to assemble, it is so comfortable and well made. As others have said, the bench is professional gym quality. Delivery was very fast and no dramas.

Have bought quite a bit of kit from Mirafit recently and been impressed with quality and design, so was disappointed to discover how bad this bench is. I chose this one mainly as it has a built-in sit up bench, but this is impossible to use, as the distance from seat to rollers is far too short causing extreme discomfort when trying to sit back. I’ve now seen other older reviews mentioning this issue but apparently this issue has been addressed in this ‘updated’ version, but I can’t see how. Have taken the rollers off as so annoying. The back rest rattles around as well, feels loose despite tight bolts, adding to the feeling this has been badly designed. The seat back angles are illogical to me, with nearly vertical (about 85 degrees - what exercise is that any use for?) and the next one down is too shallow for overhead press so I’ve had to jack up the rear legs with a plate. Also I can’t do overhead barbell presses with it in my half rack as it’s so long, but that’s on me really as the dimensions were available. Will probably gather dust in shed while I go back to my old but superior budget bench.

The M160 adjustable bench is sturdy and well-built. It was easy to assemble and to adjust when using it. I'm 5ft1in so it's quite a large bench for me and takes up a fair chunk of floor space but I wanted something that feels stable and robust and the M160 certainly meets that criteria.

This is a good bench on the whole. Love that it can be used flat, incline and decline. It’s quite uncomfortable when doing incline crunches as the edge of the bench and pads don’t sit well on legs/ankles.

Am writing this review sat on my bench, mid workout. This is a really solid product. Nice and comfortable and wide. It feels high end, and on par or better than what I get in a commercial gym. A great investment.
