- Rotary selector with covenient pull out knob allows easy adjustment and quick changes between exercises
- Use with your legs underneath the leg pad to perform leg extensions or over the leg pad to perform leg curls
- Handles at sides of seat to hold onto for stability during use
- Seven seat depth adjustments at 25mm distances to suit different user sizes
- Three seat angle adjustments

- Counter balance rear weight pole for stability. Please note you must add suitable weight according to weight being lifted

Excellent machineI found this machine perfect to target quads and hamstrings, sometimes people complain about mirafit products but I found this and all other equipment I bought from them 10/10 . Even in a public gym sometimes you can be too tall or too small for machines but for an average built person all their equipment is 10/10 , no need for leg days in a public place anymore, very happy with the quality and overall use
