- Backrest pad used during leg press hinges backwards out of the way to allow for better access to the foot plate during hack squats

Assembly instructions are included. Three people will be required, and we recommend watching our assembly video before attempting assembly
- Assembly requires:
- 2 x 16mm spanners/sockets
- 6mm allen key (included)
- A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets

solid and good valuethis is a well built machine that is very smooth to use. a great addition to any gym if space allows. it does take 2 to put together but the instructions are easy to follow and its best to have your own socket set and spanners at hand rather than the simple tools provided. goes well next to the Mirafit squat cage.

absolutely amazingDo believe every review you read here. It is easy enough to assemble with only 2 people, and I'm excited every day to use it, as is my son. Two totally different people, builds, abilities and targets, but this piece is the best addition to our home gym for us both that I could have bought. Easy to use, and easy to cross back and forth between both pieces. If you looking at it, buy it - you won't be disappointed.

awesome machineDoubted for a while as takes some space but this machine does not disappoint. Very solid and definitely an upgrade when training legs. At least two people to put together as certain parts are heavy. The only improving point that I have is that I would like the machine to allow you to go 5-10cm deeper (I do very deep squats and that would be insane). Very pleased with this purchase.

Brilliant machineThis is a brilliant leg press. It's very robust, sizeable mind you, and of a professional gym standard imo (If you are a vaguely normal person). One person can put together - just about - but you need to be strong (my son did it). Highly recommend.
