OK BenchBench is OK. Went together really well. Bar rests are a little high and the rubber pads make it look cheap. Arm rest is a bit flimsy for me and not wide enough. The frame is very solid and looks like it's going to last. Overall, good bench for the money

Nice piece of equipmentArrived quickly, easy to assemble and looks good in my home gym. I do find however the bar rests to be a tad too high. For me at 5'9 the bar just touches them at the bottom of the curl. If I raise the pad to avoid this I'm then no longer sitting on the seat. I'd imagine it wouldn't be an issue for taller people.
