I have the M3 Olympic Tricep bar which is so good that i decided to buy the M3 Olympic EZ Curl Bar. It is a fantastic bar and it is the first bar i use when i go to my garage gym. Very smooth and flawless. Mirafit keep producing more M3 bars.

I love the M3 bars and now have the full set along with the barbell, dumbbells and tricep bar. Excellent quality and just everything feels nicer and more ergonomic on the M3 bars.

A great bar,feels just right when doing curls but haven’t used it for much else just yet as not had it long.
Smooth rotation with the bearings and the knurl is just right.
Well worth the money.
