- Smooth stainless steel sleeves. Please note the sleeves will show surface marks when weight plates slide on them. This is to be expected with metal rubbing on metal. A bar with hard chrome sleeves will mark less but will not offer the benefits stainless does.

Bar Care
- It is important that any barbell is looked after and treated with respect.
- Stainless steel construction does not mean this bar is indestructible. Failing to look after the bar will affect the life span.
- The bar should be stored inside. It must not be exposed to extremes of weather or left in situations where water could penetrate the internals of the bar.
- The bar must only be cleaned with a damp cloth and synthetic bristle brush. Do not use a wire brush for cleaning this bar.

Just what I was looking forThis is my first 7ft olympic barbell. I'm glad I brought this one, because I like I feel of the knurling, it's definitely better when it comes to grip than my shorter chrome one. I also got this one because it's stainless steel, Why not.

Very nice general purpose barbellJust bought this as an upgrade from a York 1” barbell for my garage gym, I don’t have much to compare to but it feels excellent in hand, stainless feels lovely with nice levels of grip without any sharpness, the knurl is the volcano style and is cleanly cut with no rough or shallow spots, spin is smooth as expected and overall I’m very impressed, Probably being fussy but ocd wins out, Just wish I could get some orange inserts that are the same as the black ones supplied, the ones mirafit sell separately aren’t the same

is typical weight lifting barbell - not hybrid - as marked on the casebackThe whip is good for a stainless steel. I was afraid that I would get a semi-rigid cross fit hybrid. But it's OK, it's an Olympic weight lifting barbell. Whip wakes up quite clearly at >80kg. Minus - the knurling (voolcan) was applied after the hardening process, and steel it is very dark, - paradoxically - it look better. Only the middle is polished. It has 4 bearings but they are of average quality, but still it's a very good barbell at this price.
