Very useful for dropping the dumbell over my head after pull overs. And very good for home deadlifts to protect the floor.

Don't drop your weights! BUT if you do... drop it on these!
Good quality drop pads that protect your floor and your weights. They definitely reduce noise too and you can find a range of uses for them for instance as a deadlift platform.
Recommended for anyone doing Olympic lifts, anyone looking to protect their floors / reduce noise, and for adjustable dumbbell users to reduce impact when placing down.

Well made and do the job in reducing the noise, we are using up 24kg dumbbells on a concrete beam floor which was resonating throughout the room. Only issue is the air vents could be metal not plastic and put on the shorter sides as it's easy to catch them on the floor when moving the pads.

Fantastic piece of kit for my home gym, avoids any damage to the floor, reduces noise, I love these drop mats. Very well made and strong, they do not squish up like you would expect with foam.
