Great bench, fantastic value for moneyWith the recent gym closures robbing me of my new found passion for strength training, I have very recently converted my garage to a gym. Being 6 foot 3 and weighing the wrong side of 140kgs, I needed a good, strong and sturdy bench for my flat and incline pressing. The M3 delivers, I use 4 of the 6 back incline angles in my workouts and use the front incline when needed for a sound base. Absolutely solid, easy to manoeuvre with the rear wheels and really comfy front and back pads. Cannot fault it and an absolute steal for the price compared to similar benches.
