Good bar and immaculately manufactured, worth the upgrade from my old one. Ideal for tricep & brachialis exercises and good for bent over rows and shoulder press. Bit pricey though.

Best quality tricep bar I've used, this thing built to last! Heavy, sturdy, with smooth bearings and I love the grip positions - good for hammer curls as well as triceps!
