Best addition to M200 power rackThe multi grip pull up bar is the best addition we have added to the M200 Power Rack . It has been used daily for the last couple of months and will be for years to come . A great addition for pull ups - my son is 6’4 and finds this brilliant to use , another quality Mirafit product

Exactly what I wantedThe original bar which comes with the rack is good enough to do chin ups and pull ups but I wanted the additional hand positioning options the multi grip bar offers. Fitting the multi grip bar was a super straightforward, unbolt the original bar and bolt on the new bar. The multi grip bar creates a slightly higher chin up position overall without making the rack closer to the ceiling which is a real bonus. A worthwhile addition to your rack if chin and pull ups are your thing, we're really pleased with ours.

M200s multigrip pullup barIf you have a low ceiling - meaning you need an M200s short rack, the regular chin up bar is going to hit you in the head when squatting, unless you are shorter than about 5'6". Having this attachment keeps the rack height short, and as well as giving different chinning options, it saves you skull. I bought jammer arms and use the original bar between them to do everything from deadlifts to calf raises, so, getting the multi grip bar didn't mean that the straight bar was redundant. However, it would make sense if Mirafit sold the M200s with the option of the straight bar or the multi grip bar - hence the 4 rather than 5 star review, as I had to buy it separately.
