- Power rack not included - this is purely the cable system kit as highlighted in image 1
- Note: to reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section
- This attachment only fits the M200 rack. It does not fit any other models such as the M200S or the older M2 models.

I had a similar pully on my previous rack, and the attachments felt better quality and felt more like the kit you find a decent gym. I can't help but feel the attachments on this pully system are a bit cheap. Just narrower than all other equivalents I've used elsewhere. I would return this if I could and see if I could get the stand alone pully system that allows for more incremental positions, not just pulling from the bottom or the top...
Only came with one chain I think, but either way if you want to seated reverse rows you'd need the footing attachment
But thumbs up to Mirafit for creating this modular attachment, and overall it's a great idea, just could do with better attachments.

Very useful addition. Great item and easy to fit, opens up a world of extra possibilities in the gym.
Did have to get the grinder on it as the top pulley wouldn't fit due to bad alignment of parts when welded up - annoying for me, but would be a show stopper if you don't have a garage of tools. Either way you shouldn't have to grind your new purchase just to make it work. Once resolved it was perfect though
Its also a really useful way to use up the 1inch plates I had littered about without using full sized plates

The cable pulley works really well with the rack, great for for upper body workouts. The only issue I have is that it did state that the pulley had been improved a while back to allow for different exercises like overhead tricep extensions with the higher cable but it doesn't seem to be the case with the pulley I have and looks like if I do any exercises in that direction I will damage the cable.

Since I got my M200 rack with this cable system I don't wanna leave my gym!
It is amazing how much costs you to build your own gym. I highly recommend it to anyone!

I was a little sceptical about purchasing this for my m200 rack, I thought it can't be very good quality for the price... however this is excellent quality, slides up and down very smoothly, I did squirt a little slicone lubricant on the rollers and main upright but wasn't needed. For the price if you have the space it is a fantastic addition for doing arms and back. Only very minor negatives are you do feel the handles on the bars included slide about in your hands a little when using however I will probably upgrade these over time. Would also be nice to have the 2" adaptors included as they are a little pricey on there own but for £150 I guess you can't have everything! Well worth investing in, very happy once again with quality of Mirafit products!

Only reason for 4 stars was the 1" diameter weight poles. It would be great to have an attachment that allows the use of olympic plates so either standard or olympic plates could be used but who knows, maybe in the future?
