- Mirafit M200 Power Rack Cable Pulley System
- Please note this only fits the M200. It does not fit any other models such as the M200S or the older M2 models.
- Simple bolt on design attaches directly to the pre-drilled holes in the M200 frame to add high and low cable pulley functions
- Includes straight bar and wide lat pull down bar
- Lat pull bar stores out of the way when not in use (as shown in image 1)
- Compatible with various other carabiner attachments
- Allows a range of exercises to be performed including seated rows, push downs and bicep curls
- Please note the high attachment is only suitable for downward motion exercises such as lat pull down and tricep pushdowns. It is not suitable for forward motion exercises such as overhead tricep extensions
- Standard 1" diameter weight poles with spring collars
- Power rack not included - this is purely the cable system kit as highlighted in image 1
- Note: to reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section

JUST PERFECTSince I got my M200 rack with this cable system I don't wanna leave my gym! It is amazing how much costs you to build your own gym. I highly recommend it to anyone!

ExcellentI was a little sceptical about purchasing this for my m200 rack, I thought it can't be very good quality for the price... however this is excellent quality, slides up and down very smoothly, I did squirt a little slicone lubricant on the rollers and main upright but wasn't needed. For the price if you have the space it is a fantastic addition for doing arms and back. Only very minor negatives are you do feel the handles on the bars included slide about in your hands a little when using however I will probably upgrade these over time. Would also be nice to have the 2" adaptors included as they are a little pricey on there own but for £150 I guess you can't have everything! Well worth investing in, very happy once again with quality of Mirafit products!

new and improvedThanks Mirafit for noting that the top attachment wasn't great. It is now all changed and it allows for greater range of motion for face pulls etc. A brand new attachment and cable was sent home to me at no extra charge. Fab service, would recommend.
