Excellent high quality barNot used one before. Highly recommend, very sturdy and well built bar. Great for deadlifts if you have lower back pain, works legs as well.

Just the jobBought this for my home gym as being 6ft4 and 56 and only 18 months in to weight training was having a balance issue which stooped me from doing deep squats, so this was my choice and it was just the job. perfect for trap work also. I use it with handles facing upwards for trap work, and then I use it handles facing down for squats, stiff leg deadlifts so you can get a deeper lift with big plates on... well worth the money, well packaged and arrived promptly. what more to say...

Fantastic deviceExcellent product and highly recommend for doing neutral position deadlifts. Really feeling the pump down deep in the legs when loading this thing up. I place a couple of thick mats either side of me to avoid disturbing the neighbours too much in the flat below :) The bar itself is a full 25kg and feels it. The ends spin nicely. High quality product from Mirafit.

Amazing addition to home gym!I bought the Trap Bar to add a compound exercise to my routine. The Trap Bar does not disappoint working the core, legs , arms, traps and back, even a farmers carry. The first time I used it in my routine I knew I had a good workout. Great quality, solid welds and yes it is oily but that goes away, delivered in perfect condition with plywood reinforcement under the cardboard packaging. I highly recommend this Trap Bar from Mirafit.
