Excellent. Good valueNicely made. 40yrs lifting and first time I used a trap bar. Amazing. Feel the quads working. Feels like a safer movement than the deadlift. Not sure you need to spend more money in anything else

Trap barBought this to replace an old trap bar I had to sell because it was 2.1m and too big for storing. This is a great size and having used it, great knurlibg and fantastic for deadlifts
