Only one of its kindI’m glad I bought this, it’s good for so many more exercises than a normal ez curl bar. I’ve done bench press, military press, curls (obvs), bent over row, lying tricep extensions and upright row. The weight is an odd amount at 13.5kg but you get used to the maths of loading it quickly and they sell 0.5kg change plates which I love anyway for progressive overload. I couldn’t find any other rackable version in the UK so it’s the best by default but it’s genuinely really good. The knurling is nice and collars spin nicely after I took them apart cleaned them and re-oiled them which you should do to any bar.

Great product and qualityBought this along with the olympic coloured bumpers, the is great quality and works with the squat stand. Very happy with the products and service will use again.
