Quality bargain bar.Been using an ordinary curl bar in gyms for years and found it a hassle when training on my own to get the bar into position for some exercises, so when I set up my home gym I decided to get a rackable bar. This bar is just the job and makes it easier and safer to do exercises like close grip press and some extension exercises, and at just under 8o quid for this good quality bar it's a bargain. I would highly recommend this bar if your looking for a rackable curl bar.

If you have a rack and need an EZ bar then this is the one.I’ve moved from 1” plates to 2” plates and always used short EZ bars, now I needed an Olympic EZ bar so this was in the running. I’m soooo glad I got the rackable version, it really makes a difference being able to load it on the rack and for fine tuning your start positions, sure you can get by without it and some might think it’s just a novelty but it’s a lot more than just that. I was worried that the extra length might make it harder to use in my confined garage gym and that it will emphasise the strength difference that I have in my arms but I’ve been using it for almost a month now and there’s none of that, it’s great! Quality is what you’d expect from Mirafit, and I’ve no doubt that this’ll last years. 10/10

Only one of its kindI’m glad I bought this, it’s good for so many more exercises than a normal ez curl bar. I’ve done bench press, military press, curls (obvs), bent over row, lying tricep extensions and upright row. The weight is an odd amount at 13.5kg but you get used to the maths of loading it quickly and they sell 0.5kg change plates which I love anyway for progressive overload. I couldn’t find any other rackable version in the UK so it’s the best by default but it’s genuinely really good. The knurling is nice and collars spin nicely after I took them apart cleaned them and re-oiled them which you should do to any bar.
