Great quality bandI got the number 4 to assist with pull-ups using my M100 Power Rack. I'm 80kg and put the band across the spotter bar ends to assist when I'm doing the wide grip pull ups. I can move the spotter bars up and down to vary the assistance I get. Perfect for me. Great quality and a decent price.

Pull up progression beginnerI am a total beginner at pull ups. After speaking with the mirafit team I ordered the 6 and 5. The 6 is perfect for now as I am a total beginner. I am 80kg. My housemate is also a beginner but is probs 65kg and the 5 works for her. Hope this is useful re. weight for beginner pull ups! I wrap it round the mirafit pull up bar in my garage. Highlight recommended! Ignore all negative comments.

BandsI now have 3 bands all of good quality and long lasting. However, I think that £4.95 for postage of one band is rather excessive.
