Great productBought a full set of resistance bands to get back to my early years of fitness. I don't have the room in my garage for a full weight bench set up so I use the bands to help complete pull ups, dips, and even use then as a replacement for deadlifts. Using the bands I can complete most of the functional exercises generally used in weightlifting- Great product!!!

Great .These are so useful and effective , the real thing not like those silly rubber tubes people have been getting ripped of with during lockdown . But the full set , the price is very fair , you'll not regret it .
