Perfect for deadlifting in 1st floor living roomId been umming and ahhing about buying these for a year. Id gradually started deadlifting less and less as it was a PITA to drag all the weights from my first floor living room where my rack is outside in order to not disturb my neighbours underneath. I was finding it hard to justify spending so much on just blocks of foam but honestly its worth it just to be able to crack on. I was debating whether to get the extra thick ones or not but lumped for the standard ones and they are perfectly sufficient. So long as you are doing a controlled dump rather than a total drop from extension they suck up all the impact and silence a bunch of steel plates completely. Was a little worried that they would compress and lose their shape but so far so good. Im pulling and dumping 200+ on these absolutely great. Just get them if you are considering. Two slices of horse stall mat is enough of a platform to stop the dead being a block pull once you factor in the compression of the weight. Good product.

Drop PadsGreat buy. Use them for deadlifts in my garage and the noise is reduced to almost nothing. I honestly wasn't expecting them to reduce the noise as much as they do.
