Mirafit 6FT Spinlock bar.Once again I have returned to Mirafit for this product. In my opinion it’s the best value for your money. Wanted a standard 1inch bar as all my weight plates are standard 1inch. Spinlock is good, I prefer to use my bar clamps as they are quickly removed to change weights. As with everything I have bought from Mirafit the order was delivered very quickly. Thanks Mirafit another excellent addition to my home gym.

Good product, fits squat cageLong centre makes it suitable for squat cage which a lot of barbells aren't. Weighs 7 kg which a bit of a weird number, but as long as you have some fractional plates it's not a problem.
