- Mirafit Cast Iron Dumbbell Set
- Choice of total weight (total weight includes plates, bars and collar weight)
- Adjustable spinlock dumbbells are ideal for home use - simply add and remove weight discs as required
- Sets include two dumbbell bars, four collars and collar tool
- Weight plates included with each set are listed at the bottom of this page
- Additional weight discs are also available (each dumbbell has enough room to reach 50kg total weight per hand)
- Comfortable 28mm diameter provides a superior feel in the hand compared to standard bars
- Please note standard 25mm and Olympic 50mm weight plates will not fit these bars
- Ideal setup to gradually increase your strength training
- Increase muscle mass with high weight and low reps
- Increase muscle endurance with low weight and high reps
- Collars have built in hex bolt which tightens to prevent loosening during use (hex tool included)
- Spray finish on plates will show small marks on arrival. This is to be expected so please consider this before purchase
- Optional bar joiner also available which converts the dumbbell bars into a single straight barbell, allowing additional exercises to be performed

Very good, really happyPurchased the dumbells/barbell converter and am very happy indeed. Good weight for what I need. Relatively easy to adjust and very sturdy. Would be great if you also did an ez bar as well.

Good for small storage space but time consuming to change between exercisesI have been using it for a few weeks now. The quality of the handlebar is good and I can put the whole 50 kg weight on one bar if required. Good for all the upper body exercises but I know I will not get maximum loading for lower body exercises. Minus - the coating of the weight plates comes of with minimal use. They are still perfectly usable, just don't look nice. With this price, you would expect the colour coating to last longer.
