Flat bench feels great, solid and weighty like a proper bench should be, the pad is of decent quality material, the handle and castor wheels are great for moving around the gym with ease, perfect upgrade from my old mirafit folding bench, would recommend for anyone wanting a decent flat bench, I’ve seen worst designed benches for the same money

Bought the M3 Powerlifting flat bench. What a great piece of kit. Solid bench, easy to assemble. Love the anti-slip pad, and the handle and wheels make it very easy to move around my garage gym. Delivery was very quick too. 5 stars from me
