Very sturdy and good price (60x45)Having broken a standard gym bench doing hip thrusts, I searched for something for for purpose. Tested at 220kg + body weight and no issues at all. Found the bench height to be a little low for me, so I’ve had to use some loft boarding below it. Would definitely buy again if a taller design is released.

Simple design but effectiveI was going to purchase a machine version but luckily stumbled across this piece of kit and haven't look back since. Great quality with easy maintenance.

Great height for hip thrusting at home!Got this for my makeshift lockdown gym after a few meltdowns using garage things to try and hip thrust on. It could maybe be an inch higher. This is a great height to engage the glutes and is comfortable Would recommend!

AmazingVery fast delivery and great product! Bought the smaller bench and perfect height for hip thrust, I’m 5’3 and the usual benches are too high for me

Does what it says on the tin... or rather it does what it says in the product description. I was initially sceptical that such a light product could 'hold' the floor for hip thrusts, but it did and still does - no movement under the body when performing even heavy hip thrusts. All that for a fraction of the price of other manufacturers. One very happy customer and coach.
