Very Thick and Great QualityI had a cheap foam one I got on eBay before getting this and wow what a difference. This is twice as thick and solid. It also has a zip so it stays on. Makes hip thrust exercises much more comfortable in my home gym. I would say it's too thick for a squat bar.
