- Fully adjustable - 16 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 8cm intervals
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Rear base bar position provides increased room for weight bench positioning within the cage
- Straight grip pull up bar suitable for pull ups and muscle ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish.
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)

- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
- Assembly instructions are included
- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
- During assembly pay special attention to the rear base bar which has two sets of holes. Ensure you follow the assembly diagrams to use the correct set of holes otherwise this will cause alignment issues. The spare holes are in place to accommodate optional weight storage poles.

Excellent rack for all of your home gym needsI decided to make my own home gym and went with the m200 rack for my workouts. After a month of using it, i have to say, its a marvelous piece of kit. I've done the 5 big lifts in it and it handles them all with ease and complete safety. I also bought the barbell holder, plate holders, dipping bars, extra j pegs and it really completed the rack. I can now do everything i need gym wise without having to worry about getting stuck. If anyone buys this rack, I would suggest buying a couple of extra j pegs, as it makes changing exercises so much easier, it means you don't have to keep moving the jpegs to different heights. The only thing i would say to improve on it, is to maybe put a texture on the pull up bar, as it can be quite slippy to grip onto, though that is a very minor issue. Again great product and i'll hopefully have many years of great sessions with it. 5 stars.

Great power rackEasy to assemble heavy duty power rack. The design had been well thought out . I purchased weight storage poles which fit very nicely at the bottom of the power rack and sit nicely on the brace plates Locks great and very strong.

Brilliant buyVery sturdy, heavy and durable, easy to set up and perfect for basically every exercise I could want to do. Absolutely amazing value for money.

For the price you'll be hard pressed to find a better oneEasy to assemble, reasonably solid build and the UHMW lining really gives you confidence to let the bar hit the safeties and j cups while working out. IMO that is the biggest advantage over the M100 as most of us don't lift enough weight to trouble them! Pullup bar is decent quality although basic and the nearly 30 inches of internal depth makes a big difference to anyone who has a longer squat walkout. Bought the dip bars as an add-on and it gives you extra versatility for dips and neutral grip inverted rows etc. It really makes this a great centerpiece to base a budget home gym around. If you buy a cheap pulley system off ebay you can even add in some basic cable movements, not convinced mirafit's offering has a huge amount of value compared to the rack and seems like their higher margin item.
