- Our 7ft Powerlifting bar matches all IPF specs and features a 29mm diameter with deeper, more aggressive knurling than our Olympic weightlifting barbells
- The combination of bigger diameter and deeper knurling feels noticeably different in the hand, allowing improved grip for heavy Deadlift pulls
- The bar features stainless steel bushings and self-lubricating, graphite plugged bronze bushings for lower maintenance and less spin compared to bearing bars
- This bar is ideal for deadlifts, bench press and squats. It is not recommended for fast movement Olympic lifts, where our bearing bars would be better
- Sprung steel bar
- Hard chrome or black zinc coat finish
- Please note black sleeves will scratch over time. If you are concerned about this we recommend chrome.

Best power bar on the marketI taken some time to pick the right bar to upgrade to and am definitely glade I picked the Mirafit Power Bar the spec are second to none and the quality of build is notable as soon as you feel it in your hands. If you are after a power bar upgrade the you can’t go wrong with the Mirafit power bar.. very happy with my purchase.

Buy it!I've held off writing this so I could write a long term review of this bar My first impressions: it's a well made powerbar with great knurling at a great price. Lasting impression: same as above! I've had this bar for 4 months now and it's still amazing. It's better than the texas powerbar it replaced! Not sure it's chrome as it looks nothing like my other chrome bar, it looks exactly the same as my steel texas bar but hey-ho If you're looking and ipf spec powerbar your search is over. This is bar you want!

Power, Perfection and PrecisionIf you are looking for a power bar to upgrade your setup, THIS IS IT! I spent a lot of time shopping around and comparing specs of what was out there, even to the point where I pre-ordered a more expensive bar from another company before I came across this one. What did this barbell have that the other one didn't.. Firstly it uses bronze/composite bushings, instead of the more standard brass bushings, this as I discovered is already a sign of quality. The other bar had a steel finish, the Mirafit power bar has a choice of Black Zinc and Hardened Chrome. Both are great finishes but to have the option of the chrome across the hole bar is another sign of quality. Finally, all the tensile and weight ratings are top level compared to whats out there. Almost too good to be true... Until the bar actually arrived and I felt the quality first hand. There is no slack in any of the sleeves and a very nice dampened spin for benching, squating & deadlifting. The knurling really completes the package, its just what it needs to be to stick in your hands and a great feel even with the chrome finish, no more chalk everywhere! Center knurling is also a key feature for powerlifting, which this offers. I'm really happy I ended up with this bar, it could have easily been a different one with inferior build quality and subpar corrosion protection. This is a Solid bar from a Solid company!
