Sturdy and compactVery useful addition to my home gym equipment. Allows me to do exercises such as Barbell hip thrusts and box squats with a nice solid comfortable position and it’s not to large so can be stored away comfortably to.

Fantastic bit of kit.What a great bit of kit this is. Rock solid and fully adjustable. As an avid lifetime squatter, dont make the mistake of thinking box squats are easier, they are not. They are different but just as effective. Load up the bands and weights on the safety bar and away you go. Wonderful piece of kit, well made and worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

Excellent piece of equiptmentDuring the lock downs I've been making do with a wooden chair for step ups, dips, Bulgarians... you name it, however, the time has now come for something proper and more sturdy to better my WFH morning workouts. The squat box is just what I needed and ticks all of the boxes (so far). Would highly recommend!
