I love this pad - no horrible velcro and works really well for both squats and hip thrusts. Fantastic!

Normally I get orange Mirafit stuff but went with black for this one. While it is super comfy for barbell back squats, it is also firm enough to use as a cushion to go under my hips when doing face down lying leg curls with the Mirafit tib bar.

Looks nice in orange - slips easily onto Olympic bar and keeps squats comfortable - also double up well for barbell weighted hip thrusts.

Bought this for my wife to make squatting more comfortable. She already has a standard straight pad that she uses for hip thrusts, but the shape of this one is more suitable for squats as it curves around your neck nicely and so keeps the bar nice and close to your body.
Well make and should last forever. Highly recommended if you don't like the feel of the bare bar on your back, or if you struggle to get a grip on the bar with a standard non-contoured pad.
