I wasn’t sure if this would be unnecessary but it really is a lot easier and more comfortable than putting one foot up on a bench so it’s everything I hoped it would be.

Bulgarian split squats are great but I find using a box or a bench uncomfortable and not the correct height, this is adjustable and rolls when you squat.. only a small gripe.. I found the pin really hard to put in the cushion.. worked well

I bought this for split squats and it has proved invaluable. Very comfortable and stable and well built. Much better than putting one foot up on a bench or chair.

This stand is bigger and much better build quality than i thought it would be from the pictures and heavier too which was a nice surprise. The build and quality are excellent, i can tell this stand will probably out live me as it seems extremely durable heavy duty.

Nice machine. Also makes garage of mirafit products look like a good gym. Cut an outdoor roll mat into squares, for machine to have floor knee padding. Should be good. Better than a chair.

Bought this simple squat stand having been introduced to it by my trainer.
I’m in my ‘70’s and it’s great for Bulgarian squads which is very useful for balance. Highly recommend.
