Bought this to help regain range of motion following a hip replacement.
Been using it to do goblet squats with a kettlebell, slowly lowering the height as I gain strength and mobility.
The box is very strong and stable and great for lots of other exercises.
Its basically a compact bench which is great for a limited space setup.

To echo the sentiments of everybody else, this is a solid piece of equipment & therefore gives you some reassurance when you are going through the process of squatting. Highly recommend one of these if your serious about your training.

This squat box is solid, it's become a true staple in my gym, I use it for seating on lat pulldown and rows, box for squatting on to obviously, a great rest spot without having the main bench out, platform for Bulgarian split squats, it's a perfect piece of kit for the gym. My current testing has had around 300kg sat on to it total and showed no signs of any weakness. One of my favourite pieces in my gym. The pad is soft enough not to be sat on bare metal but stiff enough to give good feedback. Excellent piece of kit.

Sturdy and adjustable enough for my purposes. Using it mostly for plank and bridging type exercises as well as seated exercises. I did not have enough space for a full size bench.

Sturdy adjustable step/seat.
Very versatile for a simple bit of kit.
Was missing the pins, but after letting mirafit know they were sent out straight away.
