SturdySturdy well built bit of kit. Use it for box squats, sitting, standing and general gym stool. You need to adjust the height of each side individually. Only takes a minute. Glad i got it. Very reasonable price for what it is. Would definately recommend .

QualityI use this seat for a lot of exercises, lat pull downs, low pulley rows, squats etc. Another great addition to my gym.

Really usefulGreat piece of equipment, just what I needed to use with my clients. Its sturdy and good quality as usual however I would say its a bit clunky to adjust and leaves black swarf over the floor every time I adjust the height.
