Not a bad barDue to poor shoulder I can't squat with a standard bar so this bar is great although I have found it is a bit whippy. It has a a tendency to bounce at the top of the lift.

Good BarOverall a good SSB. Fits the rack well. Only slight down side is the over 200kg the padding density is a bit soft. Other than that good value for what you pay!!

It's too softif you lift more than 240kg I wouldn't recommend it

This is our entry level safety squat bar. If you are lifting more than 150kg we would recommend our SSB2 bar.
