never used one of these before so took a gamble and man, should have bought one years ago!
finally bought one as i do a lot of bulgarian split squats but always felt unstable. this ssb makes bulgarians so much safer for me.
i also love hatfields- i do feel it more in quads so i also add either hip thrusts or rdls.
the pad is quite wide and would maybe feel better if it was narrower so it sits closer to my head to get that locked in feeling.
if you have really narrow shoulders, i would check measurements.
overall this bar is fantastic and well made and sturdy.

Be warned. This bar is HUGE. Bought to complement my home gym to ease the strain on my shoulders when squatting. It does the job perfectly. I feel very secure when using the bar on a safety rack. Enables a straighter technique and I feel more stable. Very comfortable around neck and shoulders when using. Recommend.

This SSB is an absolute tank of a bar. Zero whip, strong as hell, padding is firm but comfortable & will def last a long time. Worth every penny.

Excellent quality, excellent service. A recent botched surgery has lead to extensive damage in my right shoulder. I thought I wouldn't squat again but with this bar all things are possible. One piece padding is a game changer

Quality of the Bar is superb , never seen a bar as well made and looking this good .Nice thick comfortable padding , i have to say this is one of the Best quality Safety Squat bars on the market.
ps Doesn't completely sit balanced on my shoulders without hands but i guess that's why the handles are there lol Brilliant Bar Great Value for Money .

Would have bought this bar months ago if there was a bit more out there about its quality. Opened the box and all my doubts were gone. Didn't even screw in the handles before putting it on my shoulders to check the balance. All good but the true test is of course under load. After a year of a recurring shoulder issue exacerbated by squats, the ability to squat again is a joy. The bar fits snugly around the neck and shoulders and the balance is perfect throughout the rep. There is no feeling of being pulled forward. Can't thank Mirafit enough for reconnecting me with my love/hate relationship with squats. Might be worth the expense of shipping one off to Garage Gym Reviews unless of course this is made in the same factory as the Titan SSB ( not available in the uk ). The point is everyone should know about this bar.
