Concept2 RowergAbsolutely spot on. Not done much rowing previously, but after researching, and mates' advice, glad chose this. The apps getting me involved in challenges, and the ability to see how you're doing against other users worldwide, filtering age etc. Added bonus, I can connect my Garmin with heart rate facility. Also vert limited with space, and it's vereasy to take apart and reattach. Pay the extra, get the best

It is what it isThis is an instrument of torture! If you’re competitive, it gets into you head! It challenges you. It’s rarely fun. You know it’s going to hurt! But by golly, it’s effective! Whole body workout and good for strengthening the mind. It’s the only piece of kit you need if you want fitness gains. How much gain depends on how far you’re willing to push yourself. So, get some banging tunes on and grind it out.
