Good quality and well made. They look very cool with two sets of 2.5kg on each end. Metal plates and bars do come loose very easily. I bought some rubber 1 inch washers to help hold the spinners in place. Bought a second set.

I’ve tried different bars but I like the spinlocks, especially as I can put an extra lock on each end to lock one again the other and stop them coming loose. These bars are perfect for me and the quality is better than the other spin lock bars I have.

The only issue I have with these is that the grips are to thin, (I'm not particularly large, 5"8) they are noticeably more difficult to squeeze properly, so they want to rotate in your hand, even though the texture is very good. I had to bulk them out with tape

Solid bars that will do the job until I can afford Olympic bars.
The usual loosening happens with these during use, but all spinlock bars suffer this, but for the price it’s a no brainier

These dumbbell bars swapped out my cheap ones and now hold the plates securely when curling, so happy with the purchase. I think ill do my other bars.
