- Our 7ft Powerlifting bar matches all IPF specs and features a 29mm diameter with deeper, more aggressive knurling than our Olympic weightlifting barbells
- The combination of bigger diameter and deeper knurling feels noticeably different in the hand, allowing improved grip for heavy Deadlift pulls
- The bar features stainless steel bushings and self-lubricating, graphite plugged bronze bushings for lower maintenance and less spin compared to bearing bars
- This bar is ideal for deadlifts, bench press and squats. It is not recommended for fast movement Olympic lifts, where our bearing bars would be better
