- Mirafit 30mm Studio Dumbbell Bars
- Lightweight dumbbell handles designed for use with studio weight plates that have a 30mm diameter centre hole
- Black centre section with knurling pattern for grip
- Chrome ends allow plates to slide on and off easily when changing weights
- Includes four spring collars
- Suitable for our range of studio weight plates available here
- Each sleeve has enough room for up to three weight plates (six plates per dumbbell)
- Please note: these dumbbells can only be used with studio weights that have a 30mm hole in the centre. They are not suitable for standard 1" plates or Olympic 2" plates
