These mats offer a bit of padding for the floor but are not very thick, they are cheap and do a basic job

These matts are not fit purpose! Too soft, they puncture easily, bare feet only. Not gym standard at all. Poor.

I was hoping I could do some calisthenics on this, but the tiles come apart very easily. The problem is that the material is too soft, so minimal amount of pulling undoes the interlocking bits. Would not recommend.

These look good, interlock perfectly and appear tough with decent level of cushioning. Much nicer than a concrete floor.

Great value matting for a home gym. They're on the thinner side but are perfect if you're just looking to protect your floor(s). They do dent under weight (but return to form). No complaints! Easy to link together. Great interlocking system. Will be buying more!

This is the 5th pack we’ve bought and have used them for a gym floor, a base for a pool, garage floor matting, Pilates area… they’re really versatile. Probably not the correct product for putting heavy gym equipment on as it leaves indents, but we were committed by pack #3 and it’s worked well enough as we won’t now be moving the equipment anyway. Would recommend
