- Ideal rack and bench to take your weightlifting to the next level.
- Includes:
- 1 x M250 Adjustable Weight Bench

- Choice of orange or black powder coated finish
- Rack is made from strong 60mm x 60mm steel and has height adjustable barbell rests and spotters, allowing various exercises to be performed including squats and bench press
- Bench features 6 backrest angles and 3 seat angles, allowing flat and incline exercises to be performed
- Handle and wheels on bench make movement easy
- Backrest cushions and minimal seat gap provide increased comfort while lifting
- Rack includes Olympic 2" weight storage poles at the rear of the stand to provide weight plate storage
- Suitable for use with either a 7ft barbell or a 6ft international barbell. Not suitable for use with 6ft standard barbells or smaller.

Great bit of kitI was upgrading my previous rack from just a squat rack to one with bench press spotters and this is the one I went with. An excellent piece of kit. Super easy to put together, arrived prompt, simple to adjust - just great. Great for my squats and bench presses. My only issue is due to my body size being able to position the bench in an optimum position while doing incline barbell press but that's likely more down to me. I've bought several items from Mirafit now, landmine an attachments- all really good!
