These Stabiliser bars are to help support the front of your rack, they are heavy duty bits of kit, well made and well finished, the M3 rack is well made and doesn’t move anyway without them but I got them for a bit of extra support and they work there’s no movement whatsoever now, I would recommend these if you’re worried about the rack moving.

The shape and size is just perfect for keeping even the 60cm depth M3 rack stable while I do pull ups. Makes my M3 feel solid and removes any fear of it falling over. I was hoping for "side stabilisers" as well because these can only be fitted on the front and back. But that's not a problem since the racks are wide enough to stand by itself without the need for stabilisers on the sides anyway.
