So so good! Fit both my rack and my yoke, the quality is immense and feel super secure - i highly recommend these!

Very pleased with Mirafit products.. I've already bought the m3 dip attachment which is a solid construction and this M3 monolift came today.. another heavy well constructed piece of equipment that'll put my mind at ease benching heavy alone.. 450kg weight capacity verified by Mirafit. If I need any more attachments my first stop will be mirafit.
