- Makes it easier to unrack a barbell when lifting
- Counter weighted arms swing out of the way when the barbell is unracked
- Allows you to squat straight down, eliminating the need to step away from the rack
- UHMW liners protect your barbell from scratches
- Installs on the uprights, letting you pick the perfect height
- Includes securing pins and safety clips
- When installed the monolift protrudes from the face of the rack by 51.5cm
- Important: The M3 power rack must be bolted down before using this attachment or fitted with front stabiliser bars. Not suitable for use with M3 independent squat stands

Hefty piece of kitVery pleased with Mirafit products.. I've already bought the m3 dip attachment which is a solid construction and this M3 monolift came today.. another heavy well constructed piece of equipment that'll put my mind at ease benching heavy alone.. 450kg weight capacity verified by Mirafit. If I need any more attachments my first stop will be mirafit.
