Nice gripsGrips are great especially in the summer as they are open,to let air around hand to stop from sweating.great product to protect palms from getting sores especially when lifting heavy .

Great Grips!I bought these to help work around a thumb injury. These Grips work great taking away some of the pressure that causes the pain. They are very well made and will be a lot cooler to use in summer compared to sweaty gloves. They provide a very secure grip and with velcro wrist straps they are easy to adjust. They provide such a strong grip that I've started using them as grip boosters too. I highly recommend these Grips.

I find these helpfulI am a female over 60 new to weightlifting and have no intention of doing it on a competitive basis, I don't need any unnecessary pain and I want to keep my hands callous free. I started off with thin weight-lifter gloves but these started to pinch on my right hand on which I use the under hand grip. I use this palm grip on that hand and it helps. My left hand with the over grip I stick with the glove. This product is well made and can be tightened to fit a tiny wrist like mine. I usually have to swap the fingers in the holes during a lifting session but you don't need to unwrap the straps to do that. Overall I find it useful.
