Very happyGood quality solid olympic sized bar. The shoulder padding is comfortable and good quality and not too wide like other brands. Pushing the load to the front, this bar solved every issue I had with my squat. It allows you to go lower and heavier with 'absolutley no pain' on your neck or shoulders and as you are in a natural position no pain to your knees. 7ft is just the right size to navigate around the house without destroying the walls. Highly recommended. Well done Mirafit
